La crise du coronavirus et le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9 n\u2019ont pas non plus aid\u00e9 : apr\u00e8s un an, plus de la moiti\u00e9 des employeurs voient un effet clairement n\u00e9gatif de la crise sur l\u2019engagement au travail. Il tente de red\u00e9finir le leadership, le r\u00f4le du manager et dans la foul\u00e9e de mieux valoriser celui des collaborateurs. Il remet \u00e9galement en cause les structures traditionnelles des organisations. Au point qu&#8217;une nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de dirigeants et de responsables des ressources humaines est pr\u00eate \u00e0 \u00e9voluer pas \u00e0 pas gr\u00e2ce aux <strong>outils d\u2019intelligence collective, de la sociocratie et de gouvernance partag\u00e9e<\/strong>.
